The Neolithic

THE NEOLITHIC.

The section of the Neolithic comprises a detailed sampling of finds such as many imprinted ceramics (graffiti and painted) or lithic industry materials. They were recovered from many settlements spread in the territory of Altamura. On this point, the burial place at Malerba, datable about 5000 years B.C. and referable to an adult, is considered very interesting.
